Brazil wins Manager of the Month

Bluebird manager, Derek Brazil has won the Principality Welsh Premier League manager of the month award for December. The young manager's team was unbeaten in the month, winning three of the four games played, including the thrilling 5-1 defeat of Aberystwyth.
"Obviously, I'm delighted to win the award," he told the website, "but this award is a recognition of all the hard work that all of the staff..not just myself..have put in. We are a management team, and this is an award for all of us, Evo, Mickey Ellis, John Rob, Ronnie....everyone."
"I would also like to praise the players, who stood up to the test, answered the questions that were asked of them, and earned the results on the pitch. They have set themselves a high standard in December, and it is up to all of us to keep up that standard."
Derek's award comes on the heels of Neil Thomas winning the Player of the month award for November.

Manager Derek Brazil, and his assistant Mark Evans are thrilled that Bows chose to remain a Bluebird.
"He's an excellent player, and we've not seen the best of him yet," the manager said. "He works well with Jack and Woody, whoever he's partnered with, and as we have seen, the three of them together are a formidable force. It's great that he has committed himself to us untill the end of the season, and hopefully beyond, as he has a great future in the game."
